Sprint 9 (Nov 10 - Nov 16): Going Beyond the Screens

What We Did:

• Printed Material Mastery: Created our business cards and brochure, making sure they represent our brand and vision clearly. These are ready for the big day!

• Transcription & Camera Functionality: Wrapped up implementing transcription and camera functionalities, with some added tweaks to ensure smooth integration.

• Uppy Upload Fix: Fixed the Uppy file upload, allowing us to finally move forward with coding out our AI features—exciting times!

• Frontend Refinements: We polished up the frontend, updating labels for clarity and improving the user experience.

• Landing Page Revamp: Gave the landing page a fresh new look, focusing on making it more visually engaging and user-friendly.

  
  

How We Grew:

This week, the team rallied together to tackle both technical and creative challenges. We took a step back to refine not just the app, but also our branding materials. As we fine-tuned the features and design elements, we learned the importance of balancing aesthetics with functionality. Everyone took the lead where needed, and we collaborated seamlessly to meet our goals.

Next Steps:

• Feedback & Refinement: Get feedback on our printed materials and make adjustments before the final print.

• Sticker Time: Design and order stickers to hand out during our presentation—because who doesn’t love a good sticker? (and a surprise that comes with it! Be sure to come to our presentation on December 6th to find out)

• User Testing: Begin testing our app and functionality with real users to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

• Iterate: Use the feedback from testing to refine the app and push forward toward the finish line.
